Our place near incredible shopping and restaurants our onsite experiences make it easy for you or someone you love to continue living life to the fullest. What Makes Us Special We offer two different neighborhoods of memory support. Bridges is for early dementia. This is for those that live in assisted living, but may not be able to enjoy all happenings due to memory issues. We also offer our Evergreen neighborhood for those with advanced dementia. Our no-label neighborhood is built with today’s senior in mind that does not want any limitations they have to define them! We are here to provide care and support to make you feel like you again.
